IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE BAR AND PUBLIC
CONCERNING LOCAL FORM CHAPTER 13 PLAN AND MOTIONS
In an effort to more closely conform to the national Chapter 13 Plan, the Court has approved changes to local form, Chapter 13 Plan and Motions. The Plan, as revised, is effective September 1, 2018.
The revised plan is attached and is available for download on the court’s web site, www.njb.uscourts.gov.
