NOTICE TO THE BAR AND PUBLIC CONCERNING
GENERAL ORDER REGARDING
CHAPTER 11 CASE ADMINISTRATION

Please be advised that the provisions of the attached General Order Regarding Chapter 11 Case Administration are effective immediately. The General Order is available on the court’s website, www.njb.uscourts.gov.

  1. The Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey establishes a Chapter 11 Local Rules Committee (“Committee”) to review and recommend changes to the existing Procedures and Rules for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Cases.
     
  2. The initial members of the Committee are:
    Ronit J. Berkovich
    Kristin S. Elliott
    Michael R. Herz
    Chad J. Husnick
    Jeanne A. Naughton
    Sean E. Quigley
    Colleen M. Restel
    Bradford P. Sandler
    Tara J. Schellhorn, Chair
    Ross J. Switkes
    John W. Weiss
    Felice R. Yudkin
     
  3. Any substitutions or additions to the Committee must be approved by the Court.
     
  4. Judges Kaplan and Gravelle shall serve as advisory members of the Committee.
