NOTICE TO THE BAR AND PUBLIC CONCERNING FEE CHANGES EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2023
The Judicial Conference of the United States has approved inflationary adjustments to certain fees contained in the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule. The new fee amounts are effective December 1, 2023.
